Categories of Sensor
ISG fluid level sensors can be categorized in two ways:
- By type of construction — Standard (2-wire) or Switch/FLSW (3-wire or 4-wire)
- By type of die — K12, LS12, or LS24 sensing elements, each optimized for different voltage ranges and fluid types
